At Ride & Spin Co. | Meet Bikes, we ship all orders from U.S.-based warehouses through our trusted supplier network.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Times Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary by product and warehouse location.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Duties & Import Charges All orders ship domestically within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Delays If there is a delay or change to your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Third-Party Fulfillment Some products are shipped directly by our supplier partners from their U.S. warehouse locations. Return addresses may vary by warehouse — please contact us before returning any item.
