At Ride & Spin Co. | Meet Bikes, we want you to love your gear. All items ship from U.S. warehouses, and we stand behind every product we offer.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom items, items showing signs of use, installed parts or components, battery-related products unless defective, opened or used e-bikes/scooters (special conditions apply).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos/video and your order number. We'll make it right quickly.
Change of Mind As a small business sourcing through international suppliers, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees, duties, and import charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
